1. Payment Methods - You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. - iGirldress.com will not charge you until we ship your package. However, credit card company will hold the amount of your payment from your credit card account. - To prevent fraudulent charges, we only approve the credit card transaction when your billing address is matching with credit card issuing company's record. 2. Shipping Methods - Standard: Your package will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the ship date - Express Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days from the ship date. *It takes 2-3 business days to process your order even for express deliver. *The package guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted. *There can be extra charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada deliveries. *We will contact you in 48 hours for new estimated arrival time if the item that you ordered is not in stock. It takes 2-4 weeks to replace the order. *Our shipping department does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. *Please provide us physical shipping address, not P.O.Box address. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to p.o.box address. 3. Exchanges We hope you are satisfy with our items, however, if you have a problem with size or color, you are more than welcome to contact us for exchange, as long as the item hasn't been worn followed by our guidelines below. -Return merchandise must meet the following guidelines: a. Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer. b. Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the REQUEST FOR RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM below on the day or day after receipt the merchandise. You will receive a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) for the return upon approval via email within the same or next business day. The returned item(s) must be received within 7-10 days after receiving the return authorization number. After 10 days of receiving the return items, the return may be refused, and no credit will be received. If for any reason you are not approved for the return, an email will be sent with the reason for disapproval. Any merchandise returned without a RMA# will be returned or refused at the buyer's expense. c. If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a NEW ORDER online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The original items will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below and the original credit card will be refunded, minus shipping costs. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion. d. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt with a return authorization number . Please, write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return package. Note: Return package without RMA number on outside of package may be refused by Return Dept.. e. Shoes must be returned with no markings or signs of wear. Shoes returned with markings on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused. f.You should contact us by email on the day or day after receipt your order. We will then issue you a return authorization # if you would like to make any changes on your previous order such as size or color. (We WILL NOT ACCEPT any return without return authorization #.) g. Exchanges are acceptable one time exchange in same category only and final sale. h. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs on new orders and it will be deducted from the saved (or his/her) credit card. i. All items must be in perfect condition if returned, and without any damages. The merchandise will be inspected and if there is any sign of being worn, it will be sent back to you. If inspection fails we will declared the transaction a final sale. j. If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost (Standard Delivery Cost) will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase. k. Christening outfits are final sale. One time size exchanging is acceptable but we don't offer any refund for those items. l. Items on sale, personal care items, Accessories ( Headpieces, Crowns, Tiaras, Sashes, Hairbow, Basket, Purse, Tie set, Petticoats, sashes, Hoops and Crinoline ..), Any Hosieries and Gloves, Special Orders, clearance, or identified as a "final sale" are final Sale, No exchangeable. m. Eligible only for store credit with a 15% restocking fee when you returning to exchange 5 items or more. n.Returns Over 30 Days Sorry, any request for returns or exchanges over 30 days of receiving the order will be refused, and no credit will be received. 4.
